Overview:
Our ambitious manufacturing client, based in Haverhill, is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator. This is a newly created position, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to shape and develop the role.
There are core responsibilities in place to ensure this pivotal role delivers real value and contributes directly to identifying passive sales leads.
You'll use your strong organisational skills and excellent communication to support the sales team, enabling them to focus on driving revenue and achieving their targets.

You will initially be responsible for the following, with significant opportunities for progression:
• Order Processing: Assist in the accurate and timely processing of sales orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately completed for the various international countries
• Progress chase the Sales Team prepared proposals and quotations along with developing into assisting in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations, ensuring they are professionally presented and aligned with company standards
• Ensure the in-house CRM system is accurate & up-to-date, even if that means following up with the technical sales team!
• Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external sales-related inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses
• Support the sales team in managing the VIP Prestige Club administration
• Sales Reporting and Analysis Support: Assist in the collation and compilation of sales data to present to Head Office
Key skills and attributes:
• Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
Preferred skills and qualifications
• Familiarity with basic sales processes, administration and terminology
• Experience with generating reports from CRM systems
• Proven experience (typically 1 -2 years) in a sales support role.
