​Sales and people have always been a passion of mine, from a young age I was always part of the sales world, started my journey by selling bottles of water back in Brazil and realised that being people facing is something that I really enjoyed.I first started my career in recruitment just over 2 years ago specialising in the Information and technology and then moved to help talented engineers find their next career opportunities within the manufacturing industries. I Joined Compass Pont Recruitment at the end of 2024 to look after the supply chain division and to help change the way companies see recruitment agencies; we are strong believers that Recruitment is not just about filling a role but, it's about making connections that last and providing long and short-term solutions.  

I worked as a Travel Consultant and Branch Manager for both government and corporate companies for 15 years before transferring my skills to recruitment. I joined the team in 2004 and am the Operations Manager. In this role I monitor the performance of the quality management system, report on the achievement of our service goals and measure progress against set standards. I put our clients and candidates at the heart of all our processes which ensures they are provided with an excellent customer service. I started my career in retail with face to face customer sales and worked with various products. I was always very heavily focused on product knowledge as I believed it enabled me to help customers make the right decisions. After a short career break to look after my children I joined Compass Point Recruitment in 2014 initially starting out as Resourcer before progressing to be a Recruitment Consultant for our specialist Engineering Desk. My initial role as a Resourcer has proved invaluable in equipping me with a wealth of sourcing skills in a market where there is a high level of skill shortages.
