I worked as a Travel Consultant and Branch Manager for both government and corporate companies for 15 years before transferring my skills to recruitment. I joined the team in 2004 and am the Operations & Administrative Co-ordinator. In this role I monitor the performance of the quality management system, report on the achievement of our service goals and measure progress against set standards.
I put our clients and candidates at the heart of all our processes which ensures they are provided with an excellent customer service. I am also committed to in-house employee development and delivers the team induction process.
I successfully managed both our Investors in People awards – in 2011 accreditation was achieved and in 2015 Bronze accreditation was attained (the highest level achievable by a single branch business). My dedication to high quality standards has not been overlooked and a recent REC audit report cited Compass Point Recruitment as being “professionally run”.
