Here at Compass Point Recruitment, we are actively recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or an Experienced Sales professional wanting to get into our industry. You will be sitting on a warm desk, delivering 360 recruitment and will be greeted with a reputable and highly respected brand, an established candidate pool and a wealth of existing clients!

The Package ….

Salary range depending on previous sales experience, however starting from £25,000 - £35,000.
Uncapped commission with achievable quarterly and annual bonuses
