Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
Pay Rate: £13 per hour
Compass Point Recruitment is working with a fantastic client based in Mildenhall who are looking for a Production Operative to join their busy and growing team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the chance to secure a long-term position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general production duties
- Packing and preparing orders for dispatch
- Supporting the smooth running of the production process
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and health & safety at all times
Experience & Skills:
- Committed, reliable, and hardworking
- A strong communicator with good teamwork skills
- Able to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Previous experience within FMCG, pharmaceutical, or chemical environments
- HACCP knowledge would be a strong advantage
