Hours: 39 hours per week, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (early finish on Fridays)
Salary: £12 - £13 per hour
Our well-established manufacturing client in Haverhill is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Paint Prepper Technician.
As a crucial part of the production process, you will be responsible for preparing components to ensure they are perfectly prepped and ready for painting. While previous experience as a Paint Prepper is beneficial, we are eager to develop candidates with the right attitude and strong work ethic if you're new to the role.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming components
Operate hand and power tools to ensure materials are properly prepped
Follow detailed instructions and specifications to ensure high standards of accuracy
Work closely with the production team to ensure components meet quality standards
Contribute to process improvements and assist in optimizing work flow
