Salary: £28,00 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: 8.30 5.00 pm
Our ambitious manufacturing client, based in Haverhill, is seeking a Parts Supervisor.
You will ensure to focus growth and development plans focusing on improving aftercare department and customer experience, building relationships with global parts departments and end users.
You will be responsible for all parts orders, from initial advice and guidance through to receiving and processing orders then supervising the parts dispatcher to complete the outgoing process in full.
Responsibilities:
- Support the parts team, ensuring accurate processing of parts orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and internal teams.
- Provide guidance and advice to customers to identify the correct parts for their needs.
- Ensure all documentation for domestic and international shipments is accurate and compliant.
- Monitor orders in transit, keeping customers informed on progress.
- Assist with preparation of quotations, sales proposals, and presentations, ensuring professional standards.
- Maintain and update the in-house CRM system, ensuring accurate records.
- Support special projects including service contracts, warranties, and the Prestige Club administration.
- Collate and assist in reporting parts sales data for management review.
- Act as a key contact for internal and external inquiries related to parts sales.
- Working closely with the customer care manager on specific targets like, the prestige program, service contracts, health & safety and warranty.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in parts sales or manufacturing aftercare environment.
- Previous experience working in logistics & distribution is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Enthusiastic and willingness to learn and development.
