Job Title: Technical Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 £30,000 per annum
Location: Wisbech, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (Full-Time, Permanent)

Are you highly organised with a keen eye for detail? We're looking for a Technical Coordinator to support the Technical Manager in a varied and fast-paced role, helping to ensure the business meets its compliance, quality, and health & safety standards.

You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate technical documentation, supporting audit preparation, and liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company and grow your career in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Technical Manager
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, compliance records, and health & safety files
  • Assist with audit preparation and internal inspections
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding specifications, certifications, and quality matters
  • Manage data entry and filing of quality and production records
  • Support traceability and product assurance processes
  • Organise meetings, manage schedules, and coordinate department activities
  • Provide general administrative support across the technical and quality teams

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a technical, QA, or administrative role (ideally within food, FMCG, or manufacturing)
  • Strong understanding of compliance, H&S, or quality systems (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving
