In light of the recent developments regarding the Coronavirus pandemic, Compass Point Recruitment will continue to meet with clients and candidates where necessary, however if you would prefer to have meetings or interviews over the phone or via a video call then we can arrange this.
We want you to ensure we are all taking responsibility and following best practice advice and practices, to protect the health and welfare of our colleagues, clients and candidates.
To ensure everyone remains safe while at work, we are asking all colleagues to sanitise their hands regularly throughout the day. Colleagues will need to wash their hands when they first arrive at work as well as after breaks. In addition, we will be providing wipes and cleaning products for use on printers, computers and any other technology/devices. Colleagues will be asked to use these regularly.
If any of our team develop symptoms and are due to meet you, we will inform and likewise if any of our candidates or clients develop any symptoms please inform us so that we can take the necessary actions.
We will be asking candidates and clients to use the hand sanitisation/hand washing facilities when they enter our office and will advise the same precautions when attending interviews. Please speak to your recruiter to ensure that neither party has recently travelled to a Coronavirus-affected area and we can arrange to postpone interview if needs be. If you’re that worried about shaking hands with someone, have some hand sanitizer in the room and both make use of it. Given the current climate, neither party is going to be offended.
