We are delighted to be working exclusively on recruitment for SMART Garden Rooms, Offices & Studios, a business based local to Bury St Edmunds in Thurston, Suffolk. Our first project for SMART has seen the successful appointment of a new member of their Sales Administration team.
Sales Administrator in place within 1 week
Urgency was the word, when SMART were looking to expand their team by recruiting a Sales Administrator as quickly as possible, in order to assist with the growing demands of the business and provide an improved customer experience.
The Compass Point Recruitment team were involved throughout, undertaking the candidate search, identifying & recommending suitable candidates and setting up interviews… all within days.
The successful recruitment process resulted in an appointment of an experienced Administration candidate who started the following week!
