For our latest featured job we are delighted to focus on a new Property  and Compliance Administrator role based in Bury St Edmunds, with a well established Property Management business.


About the client

About the role

This position would suit someone with a keen interest in property or someone who has worked in the property industry previously. It requires someone with good coordination and problem solving skills as you will be going back and forth from client to contractor, looking for resolutions to maintenance repairs! 

In terms of career progression, as a growning business, the business forecast this role to have doubled in size in the next 6 months and offering more responsibility and reward along the way. 

This really gives someone the opportunity to establish this as a career move, more than just a job! This is a small close knit team of 5 who have all been in the business a number of years. They feel that someone best suited to their team will have a good sense of humour, a strong character and someone who works as part of a team!
