This position would suit someone with a keen interest in property or someone who has worked in the property industry previously. It requires someone with good coordination and problem solving skills as you will be going back and forth from client to contractor, looking for resolutions to maintenance repairs!
In terms of career progression, as a growning business, the business forecast this role to have doubled in size in the next 6 months and offering more responsibility and reward along the way.
