This permanent has a salary range of £18,000 to £20,000 and also offers performance based annual and weekly bonus, 20 days holiday + bank holidays.
The role will be mostly based off site, conducting viewings on properties to secure lets and you will be responsible for:
- Handling and booking enquiries
- Conducting viewings
- Providing feedback to Landlords
- Managing database to ensure all enquiries and follow ups are captured
- Obtaining accurate documents and holding deposits
- Negotiating with Tenants/Landlords
- Other duties as assigned
