A market leading, trade only distribution company based close to Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk has a vacancy for an Internal Sales representative to join their expanding dynamic team!
Situated in Risby, which is just 10 minutes outside of Bury St Edmunds, the role has a salary of £18,000-£20,000 plus a company-wide annual bonus and 25 days holiday+bank holidays.
Your duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact for all customer queries
- Positively engaging with customers over the phone and via email, to develop lasting relationships with both new and existing business
- Providing customers with an in depth knowledge of all products and procedures
- Providing customers with accurate stock information, lead times and prices
- Identifying and maximising sales opportunities by cross selling and upselling to increase account spend
- Helping with market analysis and targeting specific geographical areas to identify new leads
