More flowers, Paige receives a lovely thank you
We finished last week with a flower delivery and started this week with more... this time it's flowers for Paige!
Paige, is our commercial recruitment expert, typically finding positions for candidates in Administration, Customer Service, PA/Secretarial and Reception for both Permanent and Temporary roles. She has received these lovely flowers from a happy candidate for all her hard work placing them into a new role in Sudbury, Suffolk.
Interview within a week, offer the following week
The candidate had been looking for a new role in administration since August, she couldn’t believe how tricky the market had become. However, once she registered with Compass Point she had an interview within a week and offered the following week! She is really pleased and excited to be getting back into an industry she knows well after taking some time out to do something a bit different
We are delighted that Paige's great customer service has been recognised. While we don't expect flowers from successful candidates, our offices would soon resemble a florist, it was a very pleasant surprise.
