Compass Point Recruitment is delighted to announce the launch of its new website www.compasspoint.co.uk The business which has operated very successfully in the recruitment sector since 1995, has in the last year seen incredible growth and transformation with the introduction of new Food, Agricultural, Engineering and Supply Chain divisions, and with a number of new consultants joining the team. Compass Point continues to go from strength the strength, with the aim of using their extensive local market knowledge to deliver local candidates for local businesses.

Led by the Operations Director, Beverley Gedge, the web build project team had the aim to transform the website with a fresher, cleaner look to enhance the brand, and to offer increased benefits to clients and candidates. Beverley comments “The project has been about six months in the build – it took us quite a while to identify our website partner, Volcanic, who are specialists in website builds for the recruitment sector. As well as the need to refresh the website style and improved candidate and client functionality, we needed to reflect our newer divisions - Food, Agriculture, Supply Chain and specialist Engineering”

The new website offers numerous benefits to candidates and clients:

  • Candidates can now register details online
  • Improved functionality for job search filtering
  • Easy to navigate
  • Testimonials available to see
  • Increase in effective communication – the ability to create profiles and communicate with consultants
  • Links to sector-specific news articles

And change continues to be the theme as the website’s new refresh coincides with an extensive refurbishment for the Compass Point offices. Work is well underway, and the team are excited at the prospect of unveiling their transformed offices in the New Year.
