Compass Point Recruitment is delighted to announce the launch of their Food Division. This is the newest of the seven divisions, however, Compass Point already have a great deal of experience and knowledge of the sector and so it was seen as a natural progression.
Candidates will be sourced from Graduates through to Directorship level, across all disciplines to include but not limited to; Commercial, Operations, Technical, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Marketing and Procurement.
The division is headed up by Recruitment Manager Sydoni Dixon, who has spent over 10 years working within the Food and Agricultural sector recruiting for some of the biggest names in the industry including the top 4 supermarkets. In addition, Operations Director, Beverley Gedge brings over 20 years experience to the food division having worked in Supply Chain Management and Food Manufacturing.
The division will be focusing primarily on the East Anglian region and surrounding areas. The high quality, customer centric approach remains the same, ensuring that all candidates and clients can be met face to face, in order to take the time to fully understand the business or candidate needs and therefore delivering the highest standard of individual care.
