Key Responsibilities:
• Welding and Fabrication: Perform MIG welding and fabrication tasks according to project specifications and drawings.
• Quality Control: Ensure the quality and integrity of welded components, adhering to industry standards and safety guidelines.
• Safety: Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
• Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Adaptability: Be open to both temporary and permanent roles, as well as varying work schedules that may or may not include overtime.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator, with a focus on MIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency in welding techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing job requirements and schedules.
• Welding certifications or qualifications are a plus.
