The family have been farming in Suffolk for six generations during which time new products and techniques have been developed in real farming conditions allowing the company to amass best practices and experiences, invaluable information available to both current and prospect customers and collectively they drive to reduce establishment costs down.
This exciting new opportunity is for a dynamic Territory Manager to actively promote the company in the designated geographic area, to achieve personal sales targets in accordance with the company's strategic plan in an ever-changing marketplace.
You will be involved in all aspects of the Territory Manager role and responsible for delivering forecasted sales and other associated machinery in line with the set KPIs through established dealership networks and distributors.
You will have:-
•Proven Sales and Territory Management Experience
•Evidence of management of brand growth
•Good understanding of soil and agronomy
•Time Management and Territory Management Skills
•Extensive knowledge of the agricultural industry
•Ability to constantly update knowledge of agri-business requirements
•Able to contingency plan, problem solve and implement changes
•Business understanding of the dealer environment
•Excellent communication skills at all levels
•Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint.
