Technical Sales Administrator
Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

I am delighted to be supporting a family based business who are seeking a Technical Sales Administrator to support the wider business and sales executives. This established manufacturing organisation are leaders in their industry and keen to expand their team with a Technical Sales Administrator. Previous experience in technical roles within Construction or Manufacturing industrie are essential to be considered.

As Technical Sales Administrator, your role will include:

Internal Technical Sales

•Deal with telephone and email enquiries
•Provide technical assistance to customers
•Prepare quotations for products and installation where required
•Log quotations and conduct follow up calls as required
•Receive customer orders, review and process
•Deal with customer enquiries regarding deliveries
•Record and pass-on accurate messages to colleagues
•Organise & store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
•Create and maintain filing and other office systems
•Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts (e.g.: shipping companies and dispatch departments)
•Organise collections and deliveries and update customers in a professional and timely manner

Additional Information:

Salary: Up to £32,000
Hour: Monday to Friday 9am 5pm (30 minute lunch)
Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays
Free Parking on Site
