Local Accountancy Practice are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join their expanding team.

You will be assisting the Tax Partner in the provision of high quality compliance services for a range of private clients including high net worth individuals, directors of small and medium sized companies and Trustees.

Specifically you will be responsible for:

Preparing/reviewing draft self-assessment tax returns including capital gains computations and preparation of schedules of income from property
Presenting to clients with appropriate explanations
Monitoring the progress of tax return preparation and payment of tax through the tax cycle
Co-ordinating P11D preparation
Managing and developing client relationships
Mentoring, supervising and coaching junior staff
Providing technical assistance to non-tax staff
Reviewing work of junior staff, ensuring quality in compliance with professional standards / requirements

Full or part-time hours will be considered for this role.

To be successful in your application, you will have previous relevant experience within an Accountancy Practice and will be CTA Qualified.
