A globally recognized company is seeking a skilled Service Technician!
An exciting opportunity with a well-established, family-run manufacturing business on the outskirts of Bury St. Edmunds.
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of power tools within our workshop environment. You'll maintain records of customer repairs, and service details, and log parts in our CRM system.
Responsibilities:
- Service and repair electrical tools
- Troubleshoot and ensure tools are fit for purpose
- Maintain and manage the internal IT system, recording repairs, service details, and parts used daily
- Manage and prioritize your workload effectively
Qualifications:
- Electrical and Electronic Engineering qualification or relevant experience
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Driver's license required
