I am working with an esteemed Estate Agent who is looking to expand their team and welcome an experienced Lister / Sales Negotiator.
This is an ideal opportunity for a professional to become an integral part of a growing business with a fantastic reputation!

Depending on experience and abilities there is also the potential for management opportunities alongside the role of Lister too.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

•Greeting buyers & vendors
•Registering customers
•Matching requirements & arranging viewings
•Valuation generation
•Negotiating offers
•Sales progressing
•Valuation of properties

The successful candidate will have:

•At minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sales Negotiator, Lister or Valuer
•Hard working attitude
•Ambitious
•Good customer service skills
•Full UK driving licence

Additional Information:

Salary Up to £22,500 with an OTE of up to £35,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am 5:30pm with alternate Saturdays
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds
