This position will involve the opportunity to oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with specifications, quality benchmarks, deadlines, and budgetary constraints. You will be overseeing a team, mentoring, training and developing each team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Scope and Scheduling Management: Effectively oversee the scope of multiple projects and their schedules.
• Project Initiation, Planning, and Delivery: Lead in initiating, planning, and delivering diverse projects within predefined budgets.
• Issue Forecasting and Resolution: Demonstrate foresight in anticipating issues and providing effective solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Cultivate effective communication skills and collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders to ensure a mutual understanding of project scopes.
• Client Relationship Development: Nurture and develop client relationships, enhancing the overall project experience.
• Third-Party Supplier and Contractor Management: Efficiently manage relationships with third-party suppliers and contractors.
• Team Leadership: Monitor, manage, and motivate a small team to achieve project goals.
• Project Progress Monitoring: Track and monitor project activities, ensuring key development milestones are achieved.
Requirements:
• Project Management Expertise: Proven experience overseeing small to medium-sized projects, preferably in the building or manufacturing industry.
• Stakeholder Management: Proficient in stakeholder management, including budget maintenance, issue resolution, and client relationship building.
• Team Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a small team effectively.
• Client Relationship Building: Track record of developing and enhancing client relationships.
• IT Proficiency: High level of IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail is a must.
• Communication and Time Management: Excellent communication and time management skills.
