I am delighted to be working with an organisation based in Swaffham, who are servicing businesses across the UK in regards to security and sustainability, in their search for a proven & motivated Team Leader to support the leadership, training & coaching of the new business sales team.

Responsibilities of the Team Leader:

The main responsibility of the team leader is to drive the sales team to success. This comes in many forms including team collaboration, incentives, games, motivational activities, training, coaching and people management.

The sales team utilise the provided for CRM system to connect with and demonstrate the value of the company to a range of businesses across the UK, your role is to ensure this is done in the most efficient and effective way possible via the sales engine.

Alongside managing your people, you will be a key internal skate-holder and will create & maintain relationships with other departments across the business (Finance, Client Care, Operations, Senior Management Team), you will in turn, help grow the brand by delivering first class customer service.
The office culture is fast paced and breads success through attaining personal goals and recognition of performance & leadership!

What you get:

·Salary between £22,000 - £26,000 - depending on experience
·On target earnings, via quarterly & annual bonus' is between £50,000 to £75,000
