Successful candidates will be fully responsible for the Sales Ledger function - sales invoicing, statements, credit control, credit scoring and producing and maintaining sales analysis reports for which there will be a need to use pivot tables and V lookup.
The Accounts element for the role will be daily cash posting, bank reconciliations, preparation of quarterly VAT, monthly accruals and prepayment journals, maintaining fixed asset register, preparation of GRNI report, posting of monthly journals and maintaining analysis reports.
Qualifications and Experience
AAT part or fully qualified - Level 4
Strong IT skills - intermediate to advanced Excel
Exceptional eye for detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Great communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate at all levels.
