This is a newly created role with the scope to grow and develop where you will be working with million pound projects and well known, nationwide, large scale clients during this exciting time of expansion!
Whilst you will not be required to come from an engineering or technical background, you will need to have previous experience in Account Management or Sales. The ideal person will have an interest in the industry and a flair for winning new business whilst managing your own admin!
As this is a small team, they operate a all hands on deck' approach, where you will work collaboratively across departments, ensuring a seamless delivery for the clients. You will be the glue' that holds the projects together, keeping in contact throughout the projects and working alongside senior management on putting together quotes.
To be the right candidate for this role you will need to have the following attributes:
•Resilience As the projects have long leads times, you will be required to follow up regularly in order to speak to key decision makers
•A People Person! You will need to have a natural flair for sales and building rapport with clients/customers
•Tenacity Sometimes you may have to work innovatively and think outside of the box!
•Professionalism You will need to have proven experience dealing with senior management and decision makers
This vacancy is planned to grow and develop organically to meet the needs of the business and the skill set of the candidate so you will need to be open to working fluidly but also happy to make a role your own, offering different ways of working and innovative ideas to improve processes.
•Hours: Full Time/Part Time - both will be considered
•Salary: Circa £25,000 Experience/Skill dependent
