I am working with a reputable wholesale business in their search for an Internal Sales Executive to strengthen their account management team.
They are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering first class customer care! You will have the ability to develop strong working relationships with both new and existing customers whilst maximising sales!
Long term opportunities offer the potential to have your own sales territory and customers to account management. This will give you the opportunity to earn a sale bonus!
Duties will include:
•Answering incoming calls and enquiries from 6 different sales areas
•Expected to learn customer and products
•Dealing with email enquiries
•Upselling products where possible
•Speaking to customers regarding special offers
Industry experience is not necessary as full product training will be given.
Sales experience not necessary but preferential
Additional Information:
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm OR 8:30am-5:30pm with one in every six Saturday 9am-12pm
Location: Outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Salary: Circa £23,000 + company & Christmas bonuses based on performance!
20 days annual leave + bank holidays
