Sales & Customer Service Administrator (Temp to Perm)

I am working with a Sudbury based client, who is looking for an enthusiastic character and someone who is willing to go the extra mile, to join the business in the capacity of a Sales Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis.

The ideal person will be a quick learner and willing to take on a challenging role!

Previous work experience within a sales or customer orientated environment essential..

Main responsibilities:
•Daily review and processing of customer schedules and sales orders, data entry on customer's own portal, dealing with customer queries and order progressing.
•Liaising internally with purchasing department, manufacturing department and despatch.
•Preparation of commercial and export documentation.
•To provide assistance in annual price increases promotions to current customer.
•Role is 75% admin work, includes a great deal of problem solving and resolving queries.
•Typing speed of around 50wpm, very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
•Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.

Additional Information:

•£18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
•Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
•Free parking available on site
•Temporary to Permanent - To start immediately.
This role is commutable from, Bury St Edmunds, Haverhill, Braintree, Colchester, Ipswich and surrounding areas.
