In the Sales & Customer Service Coordinator role you'll report to the Customer Services Manager and will be primarily responsible for Sales and Customer Service and be driven and positive! You will be responsible for the overall retention and growth of the existing client base and will be confident working to achievable weekly and monthly KPIs. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous sales experience, whether that is from a retail environment or an office based setting, to join a friendly, motivated and fun team! This role will require up selling as well as some Account Management in the future.
Specific tasks include:
- Contacting existing customers from an internal CRM system
- Upselling company products
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and prospects in the region
- Managing customer retention and satisfaction through a pro-active approach to client care
This position is based in the company's Swaffham, Norfolk office, so please ensure that's within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply.
The standard working hours for this job are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
To be considered for the Sales & Customer Service Coordinator role you will need to possess direct experience of sales and business development.
We also need you to have prior experience of:
- Developing customer relationships
- Driving retention and growth of customer base
- Maintaining and enforcing company policies, standards and practices
Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:
- Strong sales experience
- A great customer service approach
- An ambitious and driven attitude

The basic salary for the Sales & Customer Service Coordinator role is between £18,000 - £22,000 per annum depending on experience.
