I am delighted to be working with an organisation based in Swaffham, who are servicing businesses across the UK in regards to security and sustainability, in their search for Sales and Business Development Executives to join their team!

This opportunity offers you the chance to be a part of a culture that is fast paced and breeds success. You will have continued support in the form of training, coaching and the opportunity to explore other roles in the business. There are no time limits to progression if you smash your targets, it will be recognised!

•The goal is to connect with any many UK based business in your targeted area, demonstrating the value of the business and securing new partnerships and opportunities for growth in your territory.

•You will be required to sign up new business over the telephone as well as Microsoft Teams & Zoom as there is proven successes across all methods.

•You will need to have good research skills in order to source your own leads in your target area, using both the CRM system and search engines.

•Upselling of the various business services should be offered to customers in order to increase invoice revenue.

In return there are many incentives offered including:

•Up to 20% commission resulting in realistic on target earnings of circa £40,000 in year 1 and £60,000 in year 2
•Team days out once every quarter
•Additional bonus incentives such as football tickets, gym equipment, vouchers, and any other gifts of your choosing!

To be considered for this opportunity you must have a real passion to succeed and get results! You will be joining an ambitious and fast paced sales team so you must be able to keep up! You must be clear on your goals and what motivates you as this will be taken into consideration at interview!

Additional information:
•Salary Starting at £20,000, rising to £22,000 following successful completion of probation
•Hours Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
•Location Swaffham, Norfolk
