Primary duties:

•Process customer orders in Promotional Office with a high level of accuracy ensuring all company processes are being followed.
•Liaise directly with our customers to gain all relevant information and documentation.
•Enter all orders onto the production schedule.
•Communicate with customers via phone and emails in a profession manner.
•Monitor the next 5 days of production and raise any concerns to the Account Managers or other dept heads.
•Maintain and update Customer core data within Promo Office.
•Answer phones when necessary, passing on messages to the Account Managers.
•Help to resolve customer queries/ complaints by liaising with the Account Managers and other depts within the business.
•Manage couriers to meet customer demands.
•Monitor OOH orders to ensure these run smoothly and are despatched on time.
•Raise & investigate NCF's following the correct process.
•Filling of company works orders.
•Assist the Account Managers by helping with quotes and tenders where necessary.
•Keep up to date with all company process/ procedures and ensure these are followed.
•Monitor all orders in Promotional office to ensure dates are in line with the company's production schedules.
•Assist with the Company stock takes and any amendments to Promo Office

Attributes:
•Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
•Computer skills including outlook and excel and ideally with a CRM software or similar.
•Flexible in learning and tasks.
•Ability to work either within a team or alone affectively.
•Able to communicate verbally, email and telephone between departments.
•Be able to work under pressure
•A team player


Additional Information:

•Location: Haverhill, Suffolk
•Salary: Up to £25,000
•Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (1 hour for lunch) regular visit for the sandwich van!
