We are delighted to be supporting a business based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, in their search for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their welcoming and friendly team! This will require you to process and quote jobs, handle incoming calls and enquires and update their internal CRM system.

•Help deal with inbound calls and customer enquiries, and logging these on the companies CRM database
•Booking surveys as required
•Processing funding evidence and paperwork submitted
•Checking customer eligibility and that all paperwork and evidence supplied is compliant and acceptable prior to handover for Retro Coordinator sign off/install
•Undertaking customer qualification and eligibility audits
•Contact Customers as required to obtain necessary information and documentation in line with GDPR
•Liaison with the relevant Manager regarding paperwork non compliances to enable quality control and consistency
•Raising quote numbers, building quote folders and creating quotations to send to Clients
•Updating and maintaining the Companies CRM database, to ensure it is up to date for reporting purposes and to achieve departmental KPIs
•Provide daily processing and quoting production information to line manager
•Any other ad hoc duties, which may be required by the business from time to time
•Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
•Salary: £22,000-£25,000 Depending on experience
•Location: Outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
