I am supporting an established leading business in their search for a Sales Administrator. In this newly created role you will work collaboratively in sharing ideas and building on successes.

Key responsibilities of this role are:
•Process customer quotations using Hubspot CRM
•Send out customer order forms
•Fulfil online orders including the creation of invoices on QuickBooks
•Manage stock levels
•Process customer invoices and payment plans
•Work with suppliers including couriers and packaging manufacturers
•Manage the process of on-boarding new customers
•Work with the Marketing Manager on business development campaigns
•Work as part of the office team to answer phones and deal with enquiries
Key Competencies and Experience:
•Attention to detail is ESSENTIAL
•Great communication skills and ability to build rapport
•Excellent written communication (grammar and spelling)
•Familiarity with Wordpress and Woocommerce is an advantage
•Knowledge and experience of working with Office 365, particularly Excel
•Knowledge of QuickBooks or other cloud-based accounting software
•Experience of CRM systems, such as Hubspot
•Familiarity with MAC OS ideally
•Monday to Friday Full time/Permanent
•Riddlesworth Norfolk You will need access to a car due to location
•Salary - £21,450
•20 days holiday + bank holidays
•Parking on site
