They are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to support the Sales function of the business, which is rapidly expanding, ensuring that orders are processed and logistics are handled accordingly.
The ideal candidate will have good Administration experience with a minimum of two years experience working in a similar role. You will be dealing directly with customers so will need to have good people skills.
The role will also include:
•Processing and entering sales and purchase orders in the required format onto the company CRM system
•Process and enter financial transactions in the required formal onto ~Sage Accounts system
•Prepare and maintain workflow spreadsheets as required
•Prepare orders for dispatch and arrange transport with relevant transport company
•Complete the required paperwork for export shipping
•Manage filing system of correspondence, quotations, sales orders and purchase orders
•Customer liaison through telephone answering and call management
•Support colleagues by providing general additional administration support as directed and required
Strong IT skills are required, specifically with Microsoft office and Sage Accounts applications would be beneficial.
•Hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
•Salary Circa £20,000
