Revenue Assurance Executive
Working predominantly from home, ability to commute to Colchester, Essex
Up to £27,000 per annum

The Revenue Assurance Executive role will be responsible for the auditing and analysis of the revenue streams, including review of the revenue processes and enforcing the pre-order contracts.

Main duties and responsibilities

Credit Control, including legal procedures
Reconciliation of customers billed to customers on the network
Review of customer billing accounts and reporting on:
Customer tariff discrepancies
Creation of the definition of the billing system
ARPU per tariff
Contract management of our customers, including keeping customers in contract, renewing the contract and reducing the risk of people leaving
Analysis of connections
Tariff analysis
Administrating of tariffs, adding, removing, etc
Audit of integrity of process
Liaising with auditors in the review of aged debts and revenue recognition procedures

To be successful in your application, you will be AAT Level 4 Qualified, and have previous Credit Control, Financial Reporting and Analysis experience. You will have strong Excel experience and be self-motivated, have strong attention to detail and be a strong team player.
