I am delighted to be assisting an agribusiness in their search for a Part Time OR Full Time Regulatory Administrator to join their team during an exciting time of restructure!
This is a very process driven' opportunity so would suit a candidate who is efficient, with great attention to detail and likes to follow projects through to completion. You will be required to liaise with distributors worldwide, therefore the use of tranlation tools for documentation is an inmportant part of your role. There may also be a requirement for the team to travel overseas occasionally.
Duties will include:
•Regularly check email Inbox, file documents, check regulatory newsletters, react to emails according to RS&A indications
•Personal expenses spent on business
•Request quotes from consultants and CROs
•Check quotes and submit for approval to CEO after Director RS&A approval
•Raise POs and send to companies
•Check invoices match quotes
•Retrieve the payment status of suppliers' invoices in coordination with Finance dept and keep Director RS&A informed.
•Arrange confidentiality agreements
•Request fee payments and proof of payments to send to authorities
•Complete annual returns
•Downloading documents from share point web addresses by regulatory consultant and / or authorities
•Store and organise the regulatory files on the Company server keeping track
•Coordinate with Finance Director and RS&A to populate and keep updated the Regulatory Master Plan
•Labels prepare authorisation certificate to send to Distributors Safety Data Sheets make updates to SDS according to instructions from Director RS&A and/or regulatory consultant. Obtain translations in different languages if needed.
•Manage administration for input certifications
•Populate and keep updated the Ragic database with submission and progresses of regulatory processes
•Respond to queries that come direct from authorities/Distributors
•Complete and keep data protection database updated

•Full-time OR Part-time hours considered Hours are flexible to suit the right candidate
•Some hybrid options may be available (you will still need to be local to be considered for this position)
•5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays

•£25,000 - £30,000 - Depending on experience
