Here at Compass Point Recruitment we are looking to breed success from within and are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to provide invaluable support to our team of Consultants.

More recently we have seen the trends in recruitment shift from traditional practices of posting adverts on job sites towards establishing a robust social media presence and network. With that in mind, the role of a Recruitment Resourcer has become more important than ever and we are looking to offer training and progression opportunities to a successful candidate joining our business with a view to becoming a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant!
Your main role within the business will be to work closely with our Specialist Consultants to identify, attract and shortlist candidates in accordance with the requirements of the business brief. You will also oversee our Social Media platforms including Facebook, Twitter & Linked in as well as the company website.

A day in the life of a Resourcer…

Resourcing:
•Source new candidates from job boards, Compass Point Recruitments CRM system, social media and other platforms using local market knowledge
•Contact candidates and conduct initial screening processes to qualify for potential roles
•Coordinating with relevant consultants to understand job details and source candidates who potentially meet the criteria
•Working alongside consultants in compiling engaging and informative job descriptions and advertising onto multiple platforms
•Liaising with hiring managers and consultants in arranging interviews and providing interview prep to candidates where required
•Standing in for consultants where necessary due to holiday/client meetings etc.
•Providing general administrative support to the recruitment function, such as answering enquiries, supporting the sales process, and making sure that the candidates and clients always receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service
•Any other ad-hoc tasks required

Marketing:

•Support management in creating a Social Media marketing plan
•With guidance, source relevant industry articles for posting on CPRs social media platforms
•With guidance, manage Compass Point Recruitment's Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn pages with a view to growing followers/connections
•Assist colleagues with optimising company website - full training available with website development company
•Other social media activities as required to compliment the Social Media plan

Hours - Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00 or 08:30 - 17:30
Salary - £18,000 - £22,000 with bonus/commission incentives (Experience dependent)
Start Date ASAP
Interviews 1st & 2nd Stage (face to face/ on-site) & psychometric assessment
