Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Salary: £13.75 per hour
Hours: 8:00am 5:00pm
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

Compass Point Recruitment is currently looking for a Production / FLT Operative to join our client's manufacturing team in Bury St Edmunds. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone seeking long-term stability and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and operate machinery, ensuring products meet quality standards
Blend and prepare products according to production requirements
Move and handle stock around the site using FLT and other equipment
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment
Support the production team with general duties as required

Skills & Experience:

Experience working in a manufacturing or similar environment
Valid forklift licence and relevant FLT experience
Knowledge of production processes and health & safety procedures
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
