In this role, you will work within a team environment and assume responsibility for planning production and providing support, controls, and reporting for all processes across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take full ownership of factory budgets and associated spends, conducting monthly reporting analysis.
• Oversee and regulate all factory planning.
• Generate a monthly dashboard report for high-level review, capturing key information.
• Monitor and eliminate bad practices, introducing consistent practices across all factories.
• Collaborate with factory managers to share information and enhance collaborative processes.
• Manage and control factory-related contracts, services, and maintenance agreements for machinery/kit with Production Managers' support.
• Implement a process to recover additional hours, covering variations, reworks, and non-factory costs.
• Maintain workload overview, aiding decisions for future projects and signaling production dips.
• Act as the liaison between factories/sites/commercial teams for project cost queries.
• Regulate all office-related contracts and services.
• Provide monthly analysis on spend profiles.
• Support the development of new production policies, procedures, and templates.
It is important that you have a strong understanding/background within the manufacturing or construction industry.
