Job Title: Production/ FLT Driver
Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Salary: £13.75 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm
Start Date: Immediate

Are you a hands-on individual with a mechanical mindset and a valid FLT Counterbalance licence? We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative / FLT Driver to join a growing business in Bury St Edmunds.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently
• Support the production team with day-to-day manufacturing tasks
• Assist with machine operation, setup, and maintenance as required
• Ensure all products are handled and stored according to company procedures
• Perform quality checks and maintain cleanliness of the work area

Requirements:
• Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (essential)
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Mechanically minded with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
