We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a growing manufacturing business in Brandon, who are looking for a hardworking assembler/operative to join their friendly team.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

• Undertaking hand soldering of electronic components onto PCBs (printed circuit boards)
• Soldering of cable into connectors
• Testing of sub-assemblies and final assemblies (training will be given).
• Other duties may include picking of works orders; stock taking; answering goods in door.

Requirements:
• Ability to follow written instructions and/or samples is essential as the company produces many different assemblies.
• Good attention to detail, i.e. to ensure the correct components are fitted (many look almost identical) and that they are fitted accurately.
• Team player and happy to help at all times
• Previous experience in assembly

Hours:
8.00 5.00 Monday to Thursday (30 minutes lunch - unpaid)
8.00 2.30pm Friday; 40 hours total

There is potential for this to be either a temp to perm opportunity.
