Office Administrator
Woolpit, Suffolk

Our client, an engineering company near Bury St Edmunds, requires an Office Administrator/Admin Assistant to join their team. They are looking for a competent and intelligent individual to ensure the smooth running of a busy office.

Responsibilities:

•Reception duties including answering the phone, opening post, sending post
•Preparation of shipping documentation, address labels and Air Waybills
•Collation of documentation required to accompany shipments such as manuals, instructions & CDs
•Assist in general administrative tasks to including basic clerical duties
•Support the Management Team, dealing with correspondence, telephone and email contact

Candidate Requirements:

•IT literate with a good understanding of MS Office software
•Able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels in the business
•Flexible in nature, able and willing to adjust to the changing needs of the business
•Good attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

Knowledge and experience of the following will give applicants an advantage:

•Experience using SAGE accounting software
•Experience of using MRP software
•Knowledge of Import/Export procedures

Additional Information:

•Salary: £10.00-£12.00ph - Depending on experience
•Hours: Monday to Friday 25 hours per week (Must be 5 hours a day, 5 days a week!)
