This role requires you to be accurate, professional and proactive at all times with a keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an Administrative role for a Manufacturing business with a good understanding of Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and Customer Services. Full training will be provided however an understanding of this would be of huge benefit.
Responsibilities are as follows:
•Receiving site visitors, handling incoming & outgoing post
•Maintaining the company and operations systems to ensure that the sites intake production and stock is current and correct
•Ordering goods and liaising and with suppliers and maintain invoices for payments after receipt of products
•Organising the despatch of samples for infrequent testing and to customers for approval
•Ensuring the site quality systems and records are up to date and in line with customers' requirements and our company quality standards
•Organising the despatch of co-products and waste
•Assisting with planning, scheduling, blending and the planning of despatches with the relevant documentation
Hours: Monday to Friday Full Time
Salary: Circa £20,000
Start Date: Immediately - Temporary Assignment for 3 months.
