Job Title: Office Support Administrator
Hours: Permanent or temporary, Part-Time (flexible hours)
Location: Bury. St Edmunds
Salary: £11.50 - £12 per hour

We are Seeking for Office Support Administrator on a part-time permanent basis - (12hours a week, Monday - Friday flexible starting hours) who is motivated and customer-focused individual and happy to tackle any work.

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers and suppliers, as well as supporting Office Manager and Production Manager in general administrative responsibilities.

Role duties:

• Acting as a point of contract for customers, clients, or suppliers via email, over the phone or in person
• Welcoming visitors to the building, showing them to meetings and ensuring a smooth visit
• Ensuring that the office is organised, and daily tasks are completed efficiently
• Organizing filling systems and updating office databases
• Responding to questions and requests for information


• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in a customer service or admin role
• Happy to be flexible and a real team player, picking up tasks to help support the wider business
• Experience with CRM software would be ideal
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Schedule: Monday - Friday, ideally 3 hours a day, 4 days a week

Work Location: In person
