Our client is a leading Food Manufacturing business based in Cambridgeshire. With multiple sites across the UK and Internationally and with a large portfolio of product categories they are a very exciting business to work with as well as having an amazing reputation as Employers.

We are looking to recruit an NPD Manager reporting in to the MD. You will be responsible for driving the development of new products, conducting trials and consumer testing, innovation , packaging solutions and technical standards amongst other duties.

Your main focus will be to drive continuous existing product development, offering range category support in line with the strategic development plan and consumer insights, driving process and packaging improvements to existing and new product developments and supporting with the global partners within the business.

The ideal person for this role will:

• Have a hands on approach to the Product Development
• A strong team player and excellent communicator
• Have creative and innovative thinking and approach
• Be IT literate
• Ideally will have worked within Food Manufacturing/Added value
• Have an understanding of ingredients and nutrition
