Are you working in a Commercial Assistant position? Are you feeling frustrated with the lack of progression in the business? Would you like to work for a business where you feel appreciated?

We are currently working with a leading food manufacturing business on the outskirts of Ipswich to help recruit a Junior Commercial Manager/Commercial Executive to support the Commercial team and work with major UK supermarket customers. This role will be partly in the office and then partly remotely based, visiting customers across the UK.

The role:

•To be able to accurately cost commercial deals under direction from the trading managers.
•Write and prepare new supply contracts.
•Support the trading team with data analysis and collection.
•Management and continuous monitoring of contract balances for specific customers
•Submit weekly cost price changes to the buying team ensuring they are accurate.
•Track and monitor EPOS sales performance.
•Weekly store review to update the business on any significant new product launches and store changes.
•Understand how to use retailer's portals to run ad-hoc reports to provide sales analysis to the commercial team.
•Manage admin element of NPD, Packaging and Technical projects with relevant departments.
•Manage admin element of range review process to ensure all departments are briefed, spread sheets with relevant data is updated and accurate.
•Coordinate and manage samples.

The person:

•You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within FMCG

•Ability to present information in a clear, concise and accurate manner
