Sales Executive
Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk (Office-Based role)

I am working with a forward thinking business in Bury St Edmunds, who are looking for a new team member to proactively build relationships and drive sales. They already have a vast number of customers just waiting for a call to see how they can help them further. You will be focussing mostly on trade customers, warm leads from their database or existing customers.

The role of the sales executive will be to:

•Proactively call warm leads who have purchased from them before to drive additional sales
•Build relationships with customers and suppliers to identify new opportunities
•Be comfortable speaking to the trade sector to generate new business
•Promote the benefits of the Club membership
•Work closely with sales and marketing colleagues to set up and deliver targeted campaigns
•Advise customers on wider business services, product developments and discuss special promotions
•Assess customer's Lifetime Value (LTV)
•Maintain an accurate and meaningful CRM database

Requirements:

•Great telephone manner
•Impeccable customer service
•Strong organisational skills
•CRM experience
•Good interpersonal skills
•Ability to work in a close nit team to gain maximum benefit and achieve KPIs

Additional Information:

•Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 17:00
•Salary: Circa £21,000-£23,000 with an OTE of £30,000+ (Uncapped)
•Office based role
•Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
