General Administrator
Chelmsford, Essex

I am delighted to be supporting an Agricultural business based in Chelmsford, in their search for an Administrator to join their small head office team.

The duties will include:
•Ordering and maintaining levels of office stationery
•Answering telephone calls and diverting to the necessary departments
•Organising and other office-related administration
•Liaise daily with other departments within the business
•Maintain the record and management systems, data input and maintenance
•Assist with property departments including facilities and general enquiries
•Preparing meeting rooms with refreshments etc.


The business is looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written, good general administration skills and experience of working in an office environment would be an advantage, and a proficient user in excel and Word processing packages/systems. A team player with good interpersonal skills is essential.

Additional Information:

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 17:00
Salary: £20,000-£25,000 Depending on experience
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
You will need to drive and have access to your own transport due to location
