A vibrant Industrial Machinery Manufacturer, located in Attleborough, is actively seeking a Finance Manager to join their tight-knit yet expanding team!

This forward-thinking company is on the lookout for a Finance Manager who brings a high level of motivation and experience, aiming to seamlessly integrate into their team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Commercial Finance Director, and overseeing a team of two, you will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations of the entire accounts department. Your key duties will include:

• Developing Management Accounts
• Implementing month-end procedures
• Placing strong emphasis on credit control and maintaining the Credit Control function
• Creating and overseeing budgets
• Conducting financial forecasts and analysis
• Preparing comprehensive financial reports

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Xero, possess hands-on experience in process and team management, showcase advanced Excel skills, and exhibit expertise in data extraction from financial systems. Critical analysis, along with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills, is highly desirable.
