Experienced Secretary
Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

Compass Point Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a fantastic local business to support their recruitment of an experienced Secretary.

You will be joining a growing business, whose culture is all about promoting within and delivering a quality service.

As a Secretary, your duties will include:

Typing correspondence, recording, and taking meeting minutes, organising documents, and performing general administrative duties.
Oversee diary and email management, arranging appointments and travel when necessary.
Maintenance and updating of records as required.
Compiling information for various sets of documents.
Disseminating drawings and technical information when requested.
Aiding other departmental secretaries, including reception, as needed.
Participating in necessary meetings to fulfill job responsibilities.
Adhering to and upholding company policies and procedures.
Performing additional tasks as reasonably required from time to time.

Additional Information:

Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.
Salary range: £25,000 to £26,000.
Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
